Over the past few years the importance of protecting and restoring forests has been at the forefront to tackle the interconnected climate and biodiversity crises.
But pledges to protect and restore them have not been adequately implemented. We do not need new promises; we need action.
Trillion Trees is an implementing partnership, and we have been making progress and addressing challenges of helping meet global forest goals and scaling restoration to benefit people, nature and the climate. All thanks to the generous support of donors.
Read about what we’ve been up to over the past year, from restoring Guatemala’s largest remaining wildland, to enhancing community capacity for climate resilience in Rwanda and restoring forest that provides a vital water source in Indonesia, in our 2023 Impact Report.
